- The importance of a search engine is the quality of the results. For me, the user interface of a search engine does not matter, since I don't expect to scroll more than 2 pages when I am searching for something and usually google finds what I am looking for in 2 or 3 pages max.

- Its not just in the name AT&T. It is a question of adequate competition. AT&T was declared a monopoly, back in the day and subsequently split into baby bells. If this deal goes through then we shall be left with companies like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and Qwest.
